Shipping policy
Rip Lips Customs ships from Washington State to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $50: $5 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping
Processing time
In-stock lures usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders are made to order and take longer; we'll give you an estimated ship date when you place your order.
Delivery time
Standard shipping typically arrives 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way. Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want our lures, send us a message through the Contact page and we'll see what we can do.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered and you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it, and reshipping a returned package may require a new shipping charge.
